Grey Box
Grey Box honey is one of the most popular of Victorian table honeys and has a creamy taste stronger than Yellow Box. It is darker in colour than Yellow Box but still a light coloured variety. It is mainly gathered by the bees during Autumn in the Box Ironbark forests of Victoria. This honey has just been harvested from our bees in the Northern country of Victoria.
